These Terms of Service govern your use of Suno Studio AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Suno Studio AI lets you create songs from text prompts and to edit, download and share them. The preview studio on this website is an interactive demonstration and runs entirely in your browser.

Accounts

You need an account to create songs. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Your content

You keep the rights to the prompts, lyrics and recordings you upload, and to the songs you create, subject to the plan you are on. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use, and do not use the service to create unlawful or infringing material.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, resell access without permission, or use it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
