This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Suno Studio AI subscriptions.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions
If something is broken or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time before the next renewal; cancelling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Chargebacks
We cannot refund amounts that were charged back or are under dispute, and repeated refund requests from the same user may be declined.
